Delivery Policy
We provide free delivery for Rental Agreements. Including initial delivery and any change of residence during the rental agreement as long as it is within Lorain County. Retail sales require a $25 fee for delivery. Or, retail sales can be picked up by the customer without fee.
Return Policy
Rental Agreements can be returned at anytime during the agreement. After the payoff, the product belongs to the customer and can no longer be returned. If the customer has paid for time past the date returned, the amount for any un-used time will be credited towards their account. Retail sales can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in a condition where they can be resold. Retail sales marked as “Cash Out Only” are final.
